I have been practicing yoga for over five years and having spent time at Kaivalyadham Institute in India, decided I wanted to share my passion.
I came back to Sussex and completed my teacher training at Unity Studio in Brighton.
As someone who loves getting outdoors and enjoys cycling and swimming, I understand the added benefit of yoga for people who take part in other physical exercise.
Whether you want to stretch and strengthen muscles, build stamina, increase flexibility or improve posture and core strength, yoga can help.
And for those wanting to increase their general health and wellbeing, yoga can reduce stress and anxiety as well as improve your sleep.
